Saturday at the Park

This past Saturday we took some of the older children to the park. On Saturdays there are fewer children and they only come from 1100 to 1400. Half of the children do craft and the rest go to the park. Here is the route we take to get to the park....

Luckily, the park is much nicer than the route. The boys seemed to get a kick out of me being keen to play soccer with them! This sweet boy was putting on a show for me doing handstands and flips. 

It was quite warm so part of our time was spent in the shade where they took turns performing Hindi dances. I got into trouble from the "watchman" (aka security guard) for going down the slide! "Children only!"

After, the children all gathered back at the school for a hearty lunch. This photo was taken accidentally on our walk back to the school, but I feel like it helps capture some of the day.
